SUBMITTING YOUR GAME
TRANSMISSION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 · 5:00 PM
⚠ NO LATE SUBMISSIONS ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
01 // Your game is one .html file
No separate image, sound, or code files. Tell your AI tool:
> Put everything in a single HTML file. Don’t use separate image or sound files: draw graphics with code or emoji, generate sound effects with the Web Audio API, and embed any images directly in the file. |
02 // Name the file after your game
Signal from Kepler becomes signal-from-kepler.html, not index.html.
03 // Make it play without instructions
Judges will open your game and start playing. If players need to know the controls, the game has to show them.
> WHY: Nobody reads a manual at an arcade. How fast a new player gets it is part of the score.
04 // Test the exact file
Double-click your .html file. If the game plays in your browser, send that file. Changed anything? Test again.
> WHY: A game that works in your AI tool’s preview can break once saved. Double-clicking shows exactly what the judges will see.
05 // Email appmakerspace@bucknell.edu
One email per team, like this:

OPTION A: Attach the .html file. OPTION B: Upload it to Google Drive, click Share, change Restricted to Anyone with the link, and paste the link in your email. |
⚠ ATTACHMENTS ARE LIMITED TO 25 MB.
Bigger than that? You must use Option B.
> WHY: If sharing still says “Restricted,” judges can’t open your game. If Gmail turns a big attachment into a Drive link for you, set that file to “Anyone with the link” too.
